At Elementic, we are committed to providing high-quality AI-powered design automation to enhance your creative workflow. If you are unsatisfied with our service, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase. Renewals are non-refundable.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase. Partial refunds after this period are not available.
  • Pay-Per-Use Credits: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage.



  • 2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refunds are not available if the service has been used extensively (e.g., generating multiple AI designs).
  • If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, refunds will not be issued.
  • Promotional or discounted purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

  • The reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or proof of issues
  • We aim to process refunds within 5-10 business days after approval.
