Monthly Subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the
initial purchase. Renewals
are non-refundable.
Annual Subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the
initial purchase. Partial
refunds after this period are not available.
Pay-Per-Use Credits: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable,
regardless of usage.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available if the service has been used extensively (e.g., generating
multiple AI designs).
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of
our Terms of Service, refunds will not be issued.
Promotional or discounted purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
